This story comes a bit late but I felt the need to post about this brave little girl and how she and her family are fighting to hold on to everything normal that we all tend to take for granted at times.
We support and believe in all that The Dragonfly Foundation does for our local community. And one of the families they are working with is the Grant family. With Mother Kathryn and Father Rick constantly looking for new ways to help their brave little girl Paige to get through each day just like all of her classmates. We wanted to help them with their search to keep Paige smiling while she lives with Leukemia. They're working with Cancer Care United as well as The Dragonfly Foundation to help with the financial burden that comes from the cost of their battle.
ZIP played a show last year with National act Chalk Farm to help raise money for all of the families and children that are under the Dragonfly wings. And we implore you to go seek out a cause that talks to you and help fight for those who are struggling to fight for themselves. And show someone that might be going through a life altering time in their lives that there are people out there that care.
